Bodon DraigerEnterprise Strategy & Executive Advisory

Bodon Draiger / Independent enterprise advisory

Don Ring

Enterprise strategy, operating models, executive governance, and transformation—from the leadership decision to the work of implementation.

Don Ring helps executives fix the system between strategy and execution.

Through Bodon Draiger, Don works directly with leaders to diagnose constraints, clarify ownership, redesign operating practices, and connect investment to delivery. His experience spans more than two decades across financial services, healthcare, government, and complex regulated environments.

The connection between strategy and the work

Don’s contribution is the ability to work across levels of an enterprise: executive priorities and governance, product and portfolio decisions, technology capability, and the dependencies that determine whether delivery can move forward.

An engagement may begin close to delivery teams, where constraints are visible, and extend into the operating model and executive decisions needed to resolve them.

The focus is how AI fits into the enterprise’s operating model and how leaders will evaluate its value and risk. His advisory approach includes model and system evaluation planning: intended use, acceptance criteria, failure testing, human review, and ongoing monitoring.
